(More customer reviews)A+++ This really is a very different kind of toilet paper holder.Just received and installed.Wonderful product.The CSI Donner ISO pivots so you simply lift up the arm to put a new roll on instead of the regular bar that is spring loaded.Such a simple design change takes this from the ordinary to the WOW!It has a nice weight to it too, not hollow like some others.I bought the matching towel bar as well.

Only issue is a matter of physics - it's a mono-point mount and the rod holder acts as a lever arm so it's easy to loosen up on the mounting. I've tightened allenhead setscrew several times. Fortunately it's for a lightly used bathroom - definitely not for a kid's bath.
