(More customer reviews)This item was packaged and sent to me with 8 horizontal bars of the same length.Just looking at the photo can tell you that the bars on the bottom (the towel rack portion) need to be longer then the bars at the top creating the shelf.The instructions seem to indicate the bars are of the same length.When I spoke with Polder they said that all the bars were to be of the same length.I clarified if the curved supporting bars were curved towards each other, to which I was told no.To make a long story short, it is physically impossible to piece together the product as show in this photo with what I was sent. I doubt I will be buying from this manufacturer again.
