(More customer reviews)This tub spout diverter came with my Kohler Forte shower and tub trim kit.I had my plumber come back and check its operation because it leaked like a sieve when used to divert water to the shower and it diverted water back into the wall every few seconds. It was correctly installed, this is just how it "works."I sent a video of its operation to the plumbing supply company showing its operation. They replied "stop using it" and sent me a Delta replacement.The Delta was installed by the same plumber and it works beautifully.It is a much better design.I've since had two plumbers from two plumbing companies tell me they never install Kohler diverters because of their inferior design.
