(More customer reviews)We've had this for a year now. We love it, and it has a classy look and feel. It was not all well after one year it started to leak, minor, but still a leak. I've performed surgery on Moens and now a Blanco product; this stuff happend. I called Blanco and their service department was very professional and helped me ID the part need and provided a diagram. Some of the oomponents hand screwed on, the rest required a simple small adjustable wrench to get to the rubber gasket. It works like a charm again. I'm pleased with the finish and the functional aspects of the product and would recommend it to anyone. I found best price through Amazon without reservation.
