(More customer reviews)Purchased this coat hook and it works great.It was bigger and heavier than it seemed in the picture.Easy to install.It swivels fine, but the arms don't bang against the wall.The black iron can scrape the wall causing a black mark during installation so be careful!Once it was up there's no danger of it.
Rack is great for coats and hats.We don't put anything heavy on it like a back pack or purse.My husband didn't like the Victorian style, but I liked the 5 swiveling arms... with coats on it all the time, you never really see the hook, you just appreciate how convenient it is to have.
